MZ TRADING RETURN POLICY

MZ Trading will replace any faulty item with a new item of the same type that has been returned within the warranty period.

All replacements must be an identical product and version, unless that product has become unavailable through

MZ Trading, in which case a comparable product will be sent. MZ Trading will NOT:

  • Replace an item that is deemed to be faulty but after testing is not.
  • Replace an item that a customer has returned due to being unsatisfied and or changed their mind.
  • Replace any working item without packaging for a new packaged item.
  • Return of a non faulty item will incur a delivery fee, or that item can be returned alongside an order.

Ship the Product Back to Us

We advise that you ship the product back to us at the address provided via a traceable service to ensure proper delivery. MZ Trading will not be responsible for items lost in transit to us or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.

Receive Your Refund or Replacement

Once the return is received, please allow 7 business days for the credit or replacement to be sent. Replacements will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your return, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified via email or by phone with the appropriate tracking information on your replacement shipment.

MZ Trading hopes that all questions regarding warranty and replacements can be solved without any hassles via negotiations. In any case, MZ Trading will adhere to consumer rights and all other Australian Law.
